We manufacture double stick hand made biodegradable sanitary pads. The sanitary pads are manufactured by unemployed rural and urban women using semi automated 4-in-one pulvizer and sterilizer which presses , fills , seals and sterilizes pads .

Our Self-Help programme focuses primarily on employing rural and urban through the production of low cost sanitary pads, In the nearest 3 months Naaritva aims to employ create 11,000 direct jobs and 9,000 indirect commission agent jobs and in next 5 year we aim to employ 50 lakh women under our Sakhi self Help group programme.
